When your child is getting ready for sports, a physical is the first step in making sure they’re healthy and ready for activity. No appointment is necessary and we charge a flat $50 fee to make it fast, easy and affordable for your family. Available for middle school and high school student sport participation only.

*For the safety of athletes with special needs, it is recommended your sports physical is performed by your Primary Care Provider.
Please note: Sports Physicals are not billed to insurance. A $50 fee will be collected at time of service for Sports Physicals.

Is your teen getting their first job? We offer physicals for minor work permits. We also offer work physicals for restaurant workers and childcare center professionals.
A $60 fee will be collected for Minor Work Permit (Under Age 18) and applicable work physicals.
